Thanks. This game is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Is there an easy difficulty level that I am missing?

I have explored nearby planets and found more asteroids to mine but my assembly drones won't travel. I guess I am supposed to build more near the other planet but I can't figure out how to do it. They are not a buildable option that I can see. As a result, I am confined to one planet while the A.I. continues to build up. WTF? I have only been playing this game for a couple of hours and I am already so frustrated that I am ready to sell it on Ebay. </
