have a thought on this. if you want to appearance of cloak you can try ghosting the ships like when they are contructing you can see rigth through them you should try to do that. plus the thing that maeks enemys ignore your ship.
oui captain amish. i am sorry about complaining about vasari lfs higher firepwoer in test games. i forgot about weopons research. which does bring me to another point. will you mod advent laser research since the vasasri research is now more effective to your improvments? also how do you give karma?
havent got around to testing repulse yet but from what you have said it should work fine. btw any one intrested in becoming a tester should talk to me(1st warfleet) cus right now i am amishs man tester. you can of course test yoru self but organizing it would be much easier than random test sessions.
like empreb said vasari are very tuff now. i think you have overpowered vasari slightly. in the gaem it said vasari lfs did 15 dps. also you didnt upgrade the advent lf at all, forcing me to use weakend illums agisnt emprebs stregthened vasari fleet. his fighters, lrm, lf, and flak ripped apart my fleet of illums and flak. you have overpowered vasari to say the least. i will continue to test advent vs vasari to determine what needs to be changed and by how much. please pm me when hte new vers

hmm after looking at my posts and replies i guess i kinda contridict myself but anyway edits can fix that and i am flexible with my opinions.
like i said i do want assails to have a little bit more sheilds and i do think illums are overpowered. btw i have noticed that unlike previous versions 1.03 lrms and assails stop firing once enough missiles to destory the target have been fired making them more balanced with illums altough illums still have teh adventage in that area. i do think illums need a side weopons nerf of about 50% but if anything is going to be done to illums hull it needs to be very slight say -50-75 hull points. i
their has been alot of complianing lately about how illums are far too over powered, even compared to other lrms. one thing that has cought my eye is that illums have a higher hull than all other lrms. yet ppl see this as unbalanced and say to nerf it. then the same ppl look at the assail and say boost it which i do think it needs a 50 point increase in sheilds.the main thing that everyone including raging amish have forgot about is that each lrm in a different teir of the tech tree. why woul

first of all you need to experiment with this without doing anymodding, then use galaxy forge or map maker to make a very small map. this question really is not a modding question

from my point of veiw illums cant truly bebalanced with other lrms without underpowering them.Also as long as illums dont get a HUGE nerf tehn they will stay dominate cus of sidebeams. one of my favorite tactics when fighting with illums agaisnt a vasar or TEC lrms spam is to "swim" the illums though the enemys fleets ranks and hav side beams fire as they are passing where as the enmy ships cant tunr fast enough to keep up. by time teh enemy has turned his fleet i am making antoher swim run.

just a thought sincefighters cant get into teh ranks of a battleball of flak and lrms why not try alot of bombers? i know they dont do alot fo damage but they are better than nothing plus flak wont protect a cap which is proly leading the attack. if you take out the cap you pretty much stop his campaighn dead in its tracks. as hes trying to get another cap to bomb your worlds continue to push out bombers and focus them on his falk once you have taken out enough of them then start building fig

this was kinda a dumb question. and for all you ppl who decide to place a sb teh same every tiem that is a very bad idea. it depends on your situation and how you want to block you enemy. if you want to protect strutures then place it close the strutures. if you want block enemy movement then put the sb in their path.
