Well, for the game I am developing to go along with my book, that is how mitigation behaves. In fact, one enemy is only killed by hitting them with particles that randomly degrade into other particles, thus neutralizing the effect of mitigation. The problem here in lies in the fact that by having three capital ships with separate damage types, you can almost completely negate mitigation as they fire in series, thus confusing the shield and destroying the

Assuming there is not too much of a difference in the engines of Sins and Entrenchment, I have reasons for the following... Q: Why don't the strike craft blow up? A: There is a variable that is cantarget strikecraft. If false, that would be the problem. Change it to true. Q: Why didn't the enemy ever recover? A: As one goes through the game, they research fleet capacity. The farther along the game you are, the les
at level 3 it does an area of effect 21dps attack. I like that. Definitley like that. Just like MB better.
Yeah. I was playing around today and though not directly appearing to be so, warhead hits the primary target with 325 damage and then 21 for the next five seconds, thus totaling on the primary target to be 430. It also damages all targets in the area for the same amount however and can be used very effectively

Honestly, the reaction I had when I saw these ships was: [e digicons]:omg:[/e] -> [e digicons]:O[/e] -> [e digicons]:dur:[/e] -> [e digicons]:')[/e] -> [e digicons][/e] Simply put, I like them. But as far as the battle cruiser goes, it seems to be too blocky... The front of it looks cool and goes with the others well, but the back half is too square and needs to be more rounded off or something... &nb

Good luck with that though... Seriously, every sci-fi book/story has to do with something we create, a civil war, or aliens. Find something else and I will commend you.

The black hole and normal star would be interesting because you could have a thin bridge of plasma coming off the star and going into the black hole...

Haha... that reminds me... Many programs have anti-replication software. Really, what is most important is having the exe because everything else can be downloaded from the forge tools. I know someone who managed to find an exe decompiler and has figured out how to hack the stuff... He doesn't sell it to people, he actually uses it to censor out parts of it and using a similar principle has taken R rated movies and knocked them down to what I would call PG so his

Yeah... You can highlight your allies' ships though and order them around that way. They won't consider your word law, but if you are being attacked by a large fleet, they will generally help. When playing against a few of unfairs, I had one hard ally that I used to take the hits while I turtled to the point where I could knock them out in one fell swoop. (I was on Gateway and had sole control of each planet in the other system and each one had a novalith [e digicons]

Yes. It wouldn't be able to go anywhere except the morgue. I've seen some fat cats and I once saw a 30 pounder that practically melted when it laid down so 400 kilos would just be a pile of blubber...

Probably the best way would be the planetary upgrades menu... Make it so you have to research first though. Perhaps.. This is just perhaps here, but what about in the process, you endow the planet with a defense ability. Not a powerful one, just something to be rid of one or two krosovs/purges showing up randomly while your fleet is away.

As was said earlier, I have not been able to read the modding thread either. For the past day and a half, I have been able to get on once, whereas the standard forum is fine and the strategy works rarely, but rarely is still better than 1%... In addition, on said forums, I have only been able to see the pinned posts and they have taken forever to load. Something is up, and hopefully it can be quickly resolved...

Well, after a year and numerous builds, things around here have changed... And as such, I'm brining this back, just to see the difference a year of updates has made... I am also extending things so that well.. just look at the new template in the first post... For my personal taste... TEC 1. Kol 2. Dunov 3. Marza 4. Kol (they are by far the best against multiple enemies of any TEC ship.) Advent 1. Pro
