Yes you can,but you're video card is barely above the minumum. everything else far exceeds it, but your video card will hold you back.

I've been having issues with the zoom, where if i zoom out to see one planet system, and i try to zoom in on another smaller system, it gets stuck. It wont zoom further to where i can see my ships. Anyone know the cause of this issue or how to resolve it?
