K first Ur page file is to low for Ur video-cards and ram usage. This is what u do never let the computer manage the pagefile. K go to custom set Ur initial and maximum size both to 18376 and watch the massive performance improvement. when u set the minimum lower then max it causes unwanted lag my are both set at 9211-9211 before I stuck my 550ti in there its recommended was around 4gigs been setting this like this for years now and I have hardly any problems in any games i

Don't know if anyone has realized but late game lag seems to be linked with the mass debris fields From all the battles. I only get it during and after battles. I have gotten rid of the lag using the orkulas star base by sucking the debris into it. Think of how many battles are going on late game i think the debris could have something to do with the late game lag

what is Ur windows page file set at use to get ran out of mem errors until i set my page file to its recommended also set it equally likewise mine is recommended set initial size is 5371 and maxed it at 5371. it might get rid of that low mem problem( never i mean never let windows auto this function) windows can use Ur page file as virtual ram so if its not set high enough Ur game will crash with a warning of low virtual memory. and yes this works for windows 7 some bud

U can set Ur virtual ram manually to what u want i set mine to 4096 mb and everything works fine with no crashes and i use 32bit XP. I can hit usage of 3 gigs and no warning of low memory. It seem u probably need to raise it because its running out of vram. Usoully set it to the amount u got in actual ram my defoult was 3024 mb of vram after installing the second gig stick.

If its on diplomacy the AI uses all the abilities for the cap ships and researches everything so that should explain the armistice being used. And they always play smart on diplomacy lol .

I got the same error when using winrar its a corrupted music file and the only one and it does it for diplomacy so its probably on all three.
