OK, so I played two games all the way through as the TEC and both times won with a message of "Peace is restored." In the first case I eliminated everyone except one AI with whom I had a peace treaty. So I figured that you have to kill or make peace with everyone. In the second case, I elimated all but two AI's, both of whom I had a peace treaty with. However, it didn't end right away as I thought. It seemed that they were still fighting each other, so I guessed that means EVE

Sorry if this question has been asked. I tried searching for it and couldn't find it. I have played through the game once now and beat it on normal levels (after a first try in a large map that I ended up having to surrender). I have learned alot and think I know all the ins and outs, however, one thing still eludes me. Does the AI use the black market? I tried putting a bunch of resources on the market for insanely low prices a couple of times but could never get a b
