When you surrender and click keep playing you keep playing until you lose everything or you choose to quit.No real point to keep playing after surrendering.

Yah i fixed it i just had to uninstall and then install it again for some reason something didn't install right.

i am the administrator and i ran under administrator ill reinstall it to be sure

No there is no folder named sins. I checked in all the folders there is no sins but i can still play the game.
