Can't find where a mod is supposed to go... in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hey all, Forgive me for the stupid question in advance, but I found a mod ot two that I want to try out (Updated Unit Cap Mod for example, there's a couple of others). I follow the directions on the mod, but I am not seeing the folder that I am supposes to put the mod in. I have version 1.05 and Microsoft Vista. I have all of my folder not hidden, so I tried to put them in the mods folder by going through the steps for that, but I am still at a loss? Any advice?? <b
