Hiya. been playing for a few days (there goes another wife!) and I've only once been able to build more than one capitol ship. I'm primarily a defensive player at first but c'mon even I get bored and wanna go stir up some Sh*t from time to time! My question is...what actions on my part will enable fleet capacity to grow so I can get more battleships? Help - I need to go attack my stelar neighbors! It's gotta be some dumb thing I'm overlooking but fellas - I'm stumped!
