Change the race logos? in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hey everybody! I tried to change the logos in "RaceLogos.tga". I replaced the original with it but in the game the logos stayed almost the same! There was only a little difference, the shadow of my new logo was placed on the standard! Did anybody changed it correctly? Thanks
