So, my memory load atm is: LS= 3.548K WB= 1.120K that is all my resources tied up by shell replacement and windows skinning compared to the load of: IE= 16.960K OE= 14.376K ICQ= 12.432K and when I had DX loaded the mem hog was around 20.000K.
