I tried to run Impulse today, the main screen would come up but it wouldn't load anything. So I tried to update Impulse, and now it won't even launch. I updated my Impulse to the newest version, now it won't get passed the splash screens...I'm running .Net 3.5SP1 on Vista HP x64...I want my entrenchment! This totally sucks not being able to get updates without running another peice of software, and when it fails your basically screwed.

The install version saved games as text files, but the new version doesn't...I thought there was a place that allowed you to choose if you wanted them saved as text files, but I can't find it now!

I updated my game, but now the save games are no longer in text format...and I don't see anywhere to be able to change it back...help pls!

My empire has destroyed all the other planets, and most all of the other fleets. However, I have yet to acheive any "victory" in the game. What must be done to actually win the game?

How do ?I get ships to jump to other star systems? Is there a tech I need?
