Changing Planet and Ship Names in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I know its probably been covered a dozen times before but I can't find the post. How do I change the default names. Not the race names but the ship names, planet names and the faction ones? Thanks.

Adding weapons to planet defenses in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Is it possible to add another weapon to the Gauss platform? I know ships have a 3 weapon limit but I haven't been able to add a second weapon to the planetary defenses. It seems silly that defense installations don't have anti-fighter weapons.

Light carrier squad numbers in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I'm having trouble with increasing the number of squads the light carriers can carry from one to two. I know I saw the answer on the forums before but I can't seem to find it now. If anyone could give me a hand I'd greatly appreciate it.
