Sins, more RTS than it is 4x. It does have some 4x themes to it but most are abstracted/simplified b/c its a RTS at heart. There are no spy, in the sense of behind the scene espionage. Do note, the AI does require most of the ship roles to be used. Scout, siege, and Colony for sure must be used otherwise the AI will get hung up and stall.
I assume its related to corvettes. EnableAutoStrafe Seems to me that it would tell corvettes to do their unique attack runs when auto attacking. and AutoStrafeAreaSize would indicate the max range they strafe to before doing another pass.

Disruptive Nanites should be alot lower than 30 seconds. It should be at most 10 seconds. At the minimum the rate of fire of the platform itself. Anything longer promotes fire and forget of the platform with micro. If you want something passive regen disable, it should require a commitment of that platform to keep targeting that unit. So you just dont have 1 platform disabling all Caps and Titans.
Actually if you just make PM be affected even partially by mitigation your problem would be better for all around.
