I don't mind players with bad records (i get them on my team fairly often), if there is also another one on the other team (or their record doesn't indicate their skill). Also I don't want players who do exactly what I want them to do at all, in fact the only thing I really want is players that if they die, they learn and don't keep dieing the same way over and over and over. Once they fall for the same exact trick (or even not a trick just stand toe to toe in a losing battle) for

I agree that currently people trying to join onto the same team in pantheon (and dropping when it doesn't work) is bad for everyone. I disagree that this shouldn't be an option in the future. There should be a seperate rank for teams and individuals that should include all forms of gameplay not restrict people who know each other only to one type or another.
lol good to see you in here wn, too bad your starting to play a lot less. I have been too as other games are calling me. Great thing about Demi is no sub fee though, so I can always pop back on. I haven't given up on the game yet and I still do enjoy it (probably due to playing wayyyyy less games than a lot of other people) but I have cut back lately. Nice patch of fixes they put out today, hopefully the next big superpatch will fix some of the other big issues.

Agreed twif, however there are very obvious cases. I can't imagine how some of the people that I've seen in "pro" or "good player" games with 50-144 records can say yeah, I'm pro. I've also witnessed a few like 4-33, honestly how can these people think they are good at the game? Also I think there is a nice grey area, people with 50% or around that win loss can sometimes be pretty good players, but thats not the people I'm talking about. There are some very obvious cas

And yeah Kok, this isn't brand new, but honestly there are so many crying threads about premades that I thought maybe the people who are so worried about that should consider that the opposite happens just as often if not more often. Been asking for player rank for some time, I think it will be much easier to set up more competitive games when they do that. Then you can take one 15-45 player on your team if the other team has a 13-33 player or what not and still have a nice game. Also I'm not really complaining, I just wanted to post a counter post to the countless topics of premades and people purposely stomping lower level players, when those players themselves constantly are joining (and sometimes ruining
Since there are so many posts about premade stomps and crying about good players I thought I would add in the most frustrating thing I've noticed. That is terrible players joining "pro" games. Casuals want the good players to play more matches against each other, however it seems rather impossible. Last couple I was in there were plenty of 15-45 players who died 10+ times. I'm not sure if they can't read, or they think they are pro, or what the deal is. In any ca
I agree that this is needed, I don't agree on the way you want to impliment it. I don't have time to play tons of games, but I'm a good player and my record is good. Also I've played games with players whos records were like 33-145, so they can join pro games no problem? Simply display record in the lobby, if the player is decent they can make their case to the players in the game.
This looks really great, thank you for the update, can't wait to try it out.

I wrote in my original reply, its not premades that are a problem, that is too hard to define anyway, its that we need a way to see the records or rankings of the oppoenents in game.We agree on records and disagree on the malleability of the term "premade." [quote who="Obscenitor" reply="5" id="2311218"] You're misconstrueing the debate. The issue at hand is premade teams which roll pubs over and over again, rarely if ever facing a challenge. If you are a premade and you seek out challenging games, be that by finding competent opponents or playing with not-so-competent friends then it's a non-issue. It does show what I'm beginning to think is the real issue though which is the lack of in-game statisti

[quote who="SoFFacet" reply="22" id="2310920"]The overriding fact here is that all of this could be prevented by a arranged team + random team automatch mechanisms. I would accept something designed explicitly to mirror the system Battle.net uses for TFT. In that case all the "premades" get to play with their friends, against other premades, so all is fair. All the pubs get to play with other pubs against other pubs, so all is fair. In the absence of such a system, players ar

Tuk has some very valid points, part of the reason I said in an earlier post we really need to see more details on exactly how this friends check box system would work. The best solution would be copy TFT's ladder or some other game, many have done it right or at least pretty good already, that's what blizzard always does and look where they are. So here is a few more points to a new system I'd like to see and I think would help: --Show ranking of players in lobby
