C:\Documetns and Settings\ \local settings\application data\ironclad games\sins of a solar empire\mods-v1.16, i use windows xp sp-3 and i have game version 1.16

mods wont show up on list in Sins Modding Sins Forums

i can't get any mods to show up on the mod list in the options menu to run during gameplay, i can't find a reason for it because i extract them to the path that it says to use on the show mod path button. can anyone give me any ideas ?
