tec rebel faction map: systems of war 1 computer player on my team (team 1), 2 computer players (teams 3 and 4); all randomly selected, all set to "hard" after constructing the titan factory and starting the titan construction, the titan gets stuck on about 1/4 build and does not progress further happend on both the home planet and one of the aquired desert planets
