The forces of the Library continue onward, crushing Kyotian fleets and bombing the crusts of every planet they find into nothing, exposing their mantles. Every Kyotian they have come across has died. This march, however, is abruptly stalled with the arrival of a large Kyotian fleet at a planet called Norminal.... Samurye. [e digicons]:ninja:[/e]

With the beginning of the Kyotian Crusade, Santuary forces sweep into Kyotian space. Their first target, a nearby mining world, is quickly wiped clean of enemy ships. A Shatterer class bombardment platform modified with plasma cannons, turns the entire plnetary surface to glass within hours. Heavy power-armoured troops are dropped from orbit to purge the last hiding places of Kyotians. The current plan for the Crusade is that no Kyotians, none at all, are to be left alive. The Sanctu
You can stop every other structure from being built by killing the constructor. The same should apply to Starbases. Attacking a hostile Grav well with a "sneaky" Starbase is just lame.
If we go with your idea, then you won't be able to attack a hostile gravwell with a starbase period. Yes, you can stop construction by killing the constructors, but you don't use constructors in hostile gravwells, do you?

I have to oppose the one week thing. Too fast. The Coalition forces would not have let any Vetaron solar forges survive. The Library would not have been breached so easily, and so nothing was actually lost. The Battle of New Tokyo had left the Ninjas hurt, but begging for vengance. Eventually Kyotian forces were driven from the surface. The construction of the Citadel was under way, and New Tokyo was being rebuilt. In these times, a religous revolution swept through the

I think that it would be nice to add some sort of "Spcae Colony" a structure that holds a population and can be taxed. If you can't put a poulation in a logistic structure, then just have it generate credits. I think Dyson spheres should support a massive population, Niven rings a smaller one, and Alderson Disks a much larger one. Samurye. [e digicons]:ninja:[/e]
About the Dyson spheres, why not make them a planet type? They completely surround the sun and the planets are outside it. You could also include a Niven Ring and mabey an Alderson Disk.

Every person on every ship, every AI, every captain, every soldier had one thing on their mind: vengance. The Tokyoian fleet burst into a flurry of motion. Laser flashed and missiles thudded as the Tokyoians turned their rage on their enemies. The highest ranking survivor of the Quiver of Artemis , a comm officer named Evelyn took battlefield control
