Akk vs Prog- I deem this a tie. Ion has far better combat utility than Malice but Shield Regen is leaps and bounds above Targeting uplink in terms of fleet support.
Think your forgetting that Ion Bolt can stop shield regeneration from happening when used at the corret time. Malice has been nerfed really bad and needs fixing, just a little those. I think the akhan is fine, and doesn't need nerfin

I was going to join this debate, but quar has taken over...... gg.....(Quits Thread)

I think it should be based on planet culture. factors such as planet protection, distance from capital, trade, culture, diplomacy etc are not adequate for the planets needs than they should splinter off and you can then choose which one to side with (rebel or loyalist) Kind of like an empire tw method. Just throwing around some ideas.
Well if its your first time at University, expect a lot of female attention. There nothing wrong with a little slap and tickle.
I love huymac's description LOL!
Is BlackHawk still MIA?

Its as simply as this, cut down embargo to: 20%/40%/60% Lower speed of sova when using embargo
its turning to be 2 mini's a game now minimum.
I haven't seen enough to merit a preorder, other wise I would.
Same here, I want to hear more about the improvement to ICO before I consider pre-ordering. I remember the bad old days where it was nearly impossible to get a game without someone either minidumping, getting disconnected or the game was out of sync. The game has improved a lot since than, but I do want to know more before
Just going to minefield every planet I own and let this titan beast come to me [e digicons]:fuzzy:[/e]

By the way there is no significant counter to the Sova when using Advent, I would avoid Advent like the plague until something is done to balance the game back out. Radiance needs a clear direct shot to be efficient, but if the sova is running about, it will be quite hard. Plus, even if you manage to force the Sova to retreat, he will repair and come back, and if he brings a fleet, your kinda left with a useless capital ship, (for multiplayer anyway) Only way advent

Also, I HATE with a fiery passion rush games. I think they defeat the entire purpose of playing a game with the scope of SINS and they take about 2 brain cells, most of the time, to properly execute. So I will always be AGAINST rush abilities and FOR abilities that scale well into the late ga
Just a quick Question. Many people are saying there will be no dual core support for this upcoming game but we may see a RAM increase. If I am correct, is Sins of a Solar empire a CPU intensive game? Because currently my bottleneck in this game is through my processor AMD Turion X2 Dual Core Modile RM-74 2.20ghz. I have 4GB of RAM and 512mb dedicated memory ATI 4650HD. I know changing to dual core support will mean changing the game engine, but will the extra benefit of CPU and RAM al
I do think most minidumps occur when the computer just can't handle the amount of things going on within the game. Even with the system I got, I never used to lag as much till diplomacy came out then lagged even worse during this patch. Developers will need to address dual core support (which according to forums, they won't include it in sins rebellion). I have: Laptop Specs: AMD Turion X2 Dual Core Modile RM-74 2.20ghz
Yeah that was the game. Really annoyed me too =(

Why do people buy this game and expect a beta? (no offense) its too early. Never pre-order a game until at least someone has reviewed it. For all we know, this could be the worst game ever developed, unlikely, but anything is possible, those damn hamsters!
