Thanks for the responses. Me and My friend will just up the difficulty every match until we start losing then since the AI's already maxed out at normal.

I enjoy playing AI matches with my friend. Recently, though, we've found out that all AIs past normal get their resource income multiplied, Vicious getting a 5x or 6x multiplier. Here is my Question. Does anyone know at which point in the difficulty the AI stops being ""smarter"". I'd like to know because I want to fight the AI at it's best, but not necessasily with it cheating. My friend, and many other players have had this issue where the game starts slowing down and performance degrades past a certain point in the game. This problem happens on both older and newer computer, no matter their specifications. The issue seems to have appeared after Entrenchment. We are still unsure whether it happenned after the expansion or a following patch. The problem, though, is very real and multiple people are unable to enjoy this nice game.
