Unable to Find Players in Technical Sins Forums

Hi I just bought this game after playing the excellent demo, I was really looking forward to playing it online. I installed the game, and immediately after doing it so installed the Sins of a Solar Empire Bonuspack (v1.05) I logged in to ironclad online after entering my serial key, however I cant see any players online - indeed the player list is empty. Ive tried uninstalling, but when it came to reinstall and try again the situation hadnt changed st
