Loyalty loss in Strategy Sins Forums

Hi all, im pretty new at sins, but already love it :). So i encountered a littel problem, while playing against the AI. I have an ice planet right next to my Homeworld and to a planet of the enemy. At first it had the regular 90 or 95% loyalty. Now it's down to 48%. So what could be the Problem ?? Btw. I play TEC, the AI is Advent and i have completly researcht the economy and attack branch. I also build one of those broadcast stations on my Homeworld next to the problem planet. But i
