4 days...still no contact from Stardock, let alone a resolution.

What's a typical ETA on a response from Stardock? I figured I wouldn't get a response on Sunday, but I haven't seen one yet today, either.

Bump. Same problem, just created a ticket on Sd's web page. Impulse looks like a great service...now if I could just get it to work...
