Tutorial Narration/Voice? in Technical Sins Forums

Should there be a narrating/assisting voice in the tutorial. I have just begun the game, starting at the tutorial. Other games I have played have a narrator assisting with the tutorial, explaining the game. For example the voice over will say something along the lines of “to move your unit
