Vasari:You mean they HAVE something other than space eggs? Oh ... space egg(Jarassul Evacuator), then ... whatever floats yer boat. Kortul ultimate mashes big fleets. Really, they are all strong ships, but you NEED a space egg. Nano-disassembler 3 is just so very, very wrong and drain planet is part of the raid a planet win a refund backbone of the Vasari economy. Vasari ships are all highly useful, and ALWAYS useful. None of this situational crap. <

Cleansing brilliance is a 'tight cone' power that does absolutely hideous damage (even to cap ships) to a main target and takes out a decent number of other ships. I do not believe it is channeled, and you certainly don't have 60 seconds to interrupt it even if it is. Despite the talk of synergies, I have been able to do downright unfair things with cleansing brilliance alone. Also keep in mind the other 3 powers of this ship. Detonate antimatter, which takes out anoth

In my own testing, I did not find them very useful for actually DESTROYING defenses. Perhaps I was running a different version at the time. That said, yes, they do damage on top of what they disable, and that is notable also. Never found it added up in the version I was playing enough to make a difference. Advent:Progenitor(if i'm going for warm, fuzzy infrastructure and later game crew rez)or Radiance(If I just want to kill sh*t without significant frigate backup because i'm spamming to pick one) As a side note, the ultimate can kill an ungodly number of non cap ships swarming in to kill it, and the beam is QUITE wide. TEC:Marza, Kol if I feel like a change from Kol. I SHOULD like the Akkan. Armstice is a very sick power ... but it just doesn't seem to work for me. &n
Spore is not as bad as that. People are just useing it to attack EA.
The problem with spore's copy protection, specifically, is it limits the number of computers it can be installed on. Say I have a dual boot on my computer. At some point, I upgrade my hard drive. Depending on how EA reads my hardware, that could be 4 installs right there (2x2, and yes, previous software with this kind of DRM often mistakes
