well when it comes to planetary weapons i could see how the vasari could easily pull it off make a gun emplacement on the planet that fires things into phase space that exit it after a certain amount of time (hopefully fixing issues with things like gravity and atmosphereic conditions and then after it exits that atmostphere it reenters normal space for either impact or explosive goodness just by the personality of the way the tech do things i wouldnt be suprised if it was something l
