i like the imperial glory one. sounds very possible if you have just won a major battle your empire would be at the top of there game, maybe give experiance to caps for it?

look in the sins files and look for a folder called string(i think) then the file called string itself, just open it in notepad and away you go

it can be handy if ure outnumbered or ure on a 1v1 with another cap
