Where can I buy just the CE boxcopy, I don't have net access and am not interested in accounts etc as my access is limited via work. Amazon US do it in dollars, but I'm wondering why the likes of Amazon uk and play.com only stock the vannilla edition. I have searched he forums and so far a can't see if this question has already been asked. Many thanks
