Sorry for the delay in replying back. Yes, I do see the image you asked about and the WB box it appears in. I also see the skins mentioned. As for down loading right from the web sight, I aa don't know for sure if I have tried that way but I would bet that I have, since I have been trying for over a week every day for hours. I will try now just to make sure I have exhausted all resources. I will let you know soon.

I dont know how to change the file extension because I download thru Windowblinds by adding visual styles. I select the "download from Wincustomize.com". I browse the gallery and when I see one I like I click on the download link. Then it takes me to a page with a big red "DOWNLOAD NOW" button. I click on the button, it does its thing, and comes back at me with that error message. I am running Windows XP Pro Sp2. As for my browser I dont know what that is

Hello to all. My name is Suzanna and I can't seem to download visual styles from wincustomize. I get an error message that "there appears to be no .UIS file in skin package...are you sure it is a windowblinds skin?". I have not been able to download icons in icon packager, or anything else at all since purchasing windowblinds. I bought the extreme version which came with a bonus wincustomize subscription. I also purchased Impulse. The few skins I have g
