You "don't have the resources" to release the minor factions DLC for Sins of a Solar empire on GOG and have the gall to ask me to pay for another project before it's even released. You have lost my support forever(and more importantly in your eyes probably my money). I will supporting companies that actually care about their customers. Your actions have proven that you do not. I just wanted to add that Project Red was able to have steam distribute a DRM free version of Witcher 2 through steam, I don't have a ton of details, (I bought it through GOG.com) but it is possible to do. Perhaps Stardock could investigate this.

There is the indie steam called desura, pretty good actually but I don't know if the features actually match up.
