So they only put something over 7 years into rebellion? That's a decent amount of time. You put 7 years into making your car cool? Nope, no time at all. You put 7 years into building a house? Nope, no time at all. Are you suggesting every game should be like Duke Nukem: Forever and take a decade and a half to make? -Lord Brony
They only had 8 years if it was one person was working on it.

I now understand why they churned out such a shit game that nobody wants to play. They actually ruined a very good game. Trinity was so much better than rebellion. I used to play Sins but stopped once Rebellion came out. Rebellion is a massive disappointment. It was really only out of curiousity that i came here, to see what changes the devs had made. In my opinion Titans ruined the game. Titans are a nice idea but they should not be limited to one, they should not retain their levels and they should be built later in the game. I know for my above post im going to get called a "troll" but i purchased the game so i'm exercis
1. Titans come out way to early....8 military labs. 2. Titans need to level up at a MUCH slower rate. 3. Titans need to lose all xp when they die.
If they do this the game will be fun again
A brilliant idea.
I think the fact that there has been that so many negative comments shows you the general consensus, but if it will make you happy: One step in the right direction but considering how far everyhing needs to be changed in the future, there's a long way to go before people are happy. Personally i dont think many people have that much patience, I don't.
Watch the future sales figures and the number of people online. That will tell you everything you need to know on how the patch has gone. Rebellion had good sales figures because of its prequel. The sequel to Rebellion will have nowhere near the sales.
Bye buddy. I agree with you 100%. I said i was waiting till 1.04, then if that sucks im uninstalling.... Just done it. Look at the "Sins of a Solar Empire Makes IGN’s 25 Top PC Games". That was the origional, not Rebellion. Rebellion is still completely unbalanced and revolves around Titans too much. it's very rare that the original of a game is cosisdered better than the sequel but that is exactly what has happened. The original was a beautiful game, similar to
Anyone know when 1.04 is meant to come out?... Since 1.04 is the collectors edition you would think the devs would have everything sorted in it. Although I had the same theory before 1.0 came out!!!
At the time of writing this there were: 2 people in the lobby (i was one) 0 game available The majority of games seem to be friends only ones!
Quoting ChrisVickers, reply 45Rebellion is a lot worse than Trinity. Trinity was pretty spot on and then for financial reasons the devs thought they could make more money by rolling out an expansion which has actually ruined the game mechanics. I would be playing Trinity if anyone actually played it. As it is, I'm waiting for the 1.4 patch and if that stinks then im uninstalling the game. I'm not even going to bother play

Personally i feel that the Titans have ruined the game. I played trinity to death and racked up hundreds of games but the new things have ruined the gameplay and mechanics. Don't believe me, look at the number of people playing online right now. Rarely do i see more than 10 people online (I'm in the UK). If the current game mechanics were so good then there would be hundreds of people online. The devs were more than happy to tell us how they had sold more than 100,000 copies. Beating
I used to love Sins Trinity and wasted hundreds of hours playing it but rebellion has ruined what was a great, balanced game. Vasari Rebels are far too unbalanced because of the Orkulus and the Titans become the pivot of the whole game. I'm not against the idea of having larger ships but they way they have been implemented has been aweful. As of today I will not be playing any further games of Sins since the game is nowhere near as enjoyable as it was before they in
Like the idea... But the starbase still doesnt take up the same logistics so either way it would still be a larger fleet than the opposition. As for saying that bombers will kill it. Yes bombers will kill it but the amount of time it takes to kill one, if the enemy has a large enough fleet by the time you have killed it, your whole fleet is dead since their other titan is fighting yours and your fleet of fighters is busy trying to deal with the starbase, the carriers get
Vasari starbases phase jumping..... This unbalancing is aweful. Once you get to this stage you are fighting 2 titans, not one. There are counters but once the enemy has a fleet all the counters become pretty irrelavant. I like the idea of moving starbases but really once you get to this point there is no way any other race can win. I was playing a game last night where my fleet was bigger, well balanced and my empi
