Okay, So Im a total noob to modding and I just downloaded forge and have been dinking around with it and have figured out the basics of it, but I cant seem to change the vasari starbase to have the ability of the normal vasari phase stabilizer, Any help would be much apreciated. Also I have searched and searched to try to find a mod to do this or a thread where someone has talked about modding the game to do this and have been unsuccessful, which is the reason I downloa
