Just discovered a weird, but unfortunately game busting glitch in Diplomacy 1.21. When you build a fleet and leave it to its own devices in a gravity well the whole fleet 'wanders off' into deep space (moves out of the gravity well). I've notice this happening about mid game when large fleets of 350-400 supply or bigger are built. The fleet can usually be found loitering somewhere on the map.
