actually thats impossible i think... i tried it with my mobile cannons on my new race... you can just have it at maximum range and if you really want to have a long range battle.... just increase the planetary gravity radius.... My Mobile Cannon: Pearl Core(anti shield), Diamond Core(Anti hull).... really spanks asses on long range battle

i think yes.. to my theory... if you combine 2 skills and tweak some of the conflicts there it should work fine... thats my theory of course.. so its not 100% true or 100% false jean
