Thanks, XSive_Death. That did the trick. I didn't realize the ability drew power from the number of ships. Once I made every other ship leave the system except my titan, I was able to destroy it.
I've had over 50 LRM missile frigates, 6 capital ships and my TEC Rebel titan at level 8 and a fully upgraded starbase all against the Kultorask BY ITSELF, and it just kept using this ability and repairing itself back up to full hull and anti-matter points. Sometimes at over 1000 points per second, sometimes less, but always at a rate that got it back to full health no matter what I could throw at it.
