Change Techtree in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hi all, I would like to change the Tech-Tree for the TEC Rebels, so that they can built 2 or more Starbases in a System. Can you tell me how to do or which File i must change?

i deletet all beta files and downloaded again. starting screens still say beta and version 0.96....... steam title looks like final. whats wrong here?

it's there, downloading it *edit* only 3,5 MB cause i got the latest beta installed. finished already :)

it's almost 12pm here in germany now... ok i'm still at work for at least 5 hours but i hope the patch is online when i come home :)
