i understand the health advantage that the vasari base has, but it seems to me that their SB gets some bonuses that don't fit their profile. eg. - their colony pods fit the background for the race but it doesn't require growth and it allows their bases to bring in as much money as the TEC's SB even sooner than the TEC can.. (2 military centers vs. 3 military and 2 civil). And they can eventually bring in more money with their 1 tier trade upgrade. all these advantages are a sort of "if that's
