after eradicating some AI players and the pirates as well - I noticed the last surviving AI still kept wasting money by setting bounty (at end of game I had over 20k bounty on my head (starting out from zero!) while there was no other player still alive AND no active pirate faction anymore. while I doubt that money could have made me loose that game if put to other uses, it makes the AI look needlessly stupid ...

still have the same unresolved issue.... "game failed to initialize - error code 115" is ALL i get whenever I try to start the game via the link provided or whenever I run the "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion.exe" directly. currently the only way I can play is by starting steam in the background first and then run the "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Dev.exe" manually/directly. as I fear that additional(?) "Dev" exe might be gone come the final
