Does anyone have a mod that increases the size of your fleet and capital ships you can build? I wanted to paly a big long drawn out galaxy domination game... I'm new too sins and don't know anything about modding, but i have played some cool mods so far..

I'm new too sins i just got it a few days ago and i just updated too v1.1 yesterday.. when i try too download the forge tools or just the galaxy tool it keep coming up as a rar file? and i cant open it.. cand anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
