I'd recomend (against your post req) to build a second military research structure and go for shields, instead. Armor is subject to the appropriate countering units, and hull... seems to me to be good enough, especially the faster repair (if you kite and bait your units). Is still think hull is better for your scouts, mostly because they spend most of their time in transit, and don't get attacked untill after they reach a system. To emulate a campain: Turn OFF system sound Start sins Goto "random huge map" Create 7 unfair AI Ally them in 2,2,2,1. Play for 3 days. There you have it! About the same length as HW2s campain (for me). Thanks! Jeremy (who wonders what flak will start homing in)

What card do you have? An Intel gma 950 can run this (the infamous '945gm' (or 945g)) on lower settings, higher resolutions. To find out what you have, (vista) (if you don't have vista, hold down the windows logo key on your keyboard, the the 'r' key, for the run box) click on start (the lower left (huge) windows logo). and type "dxdiag" click "yes" or "no" if a dialog box shows up (the driver check - kinda useless)</
Hi, An idea for making culture more powerful could be (if) your enemy is fighting over a planet dominated (~70%) your culture, they are more likely to "surrender" then face total destruction (only at ~10% health). And capships never surrender. Think it's userful? Thanks.
