I tried a game to see if the new diplomacy patch made any difference. I start a single player random game on a med/large map. after playing awhile I realized that the 1st pirate betting/raid had never happened. clicking on the pirates it showed that they were 'dead'. I sent a ship to their base and it was active with 30+ ships. has this happened to anyone else?
