well you don't need SUCH a software to do it XD try with something more simple... however you have not read the witch hunters handbook i guess...?

try downloading a witch hunters handbook then watch the pictures of painted chapters and then press stamp and do some little editing with a pict manupulation software (even the paint from winzozz) you will be able to cut a battle banner now i'm gonna format the pc so i can't really give you any nice pics BUT try witch hunters third edition revised page 58 ( i really dunno if you have manuals of warhammer40k but i'm watching six emblems right now and i still dunno if you alread
