Hey, I have the same issue and am certain it's to do with my multi-display, didn't realise it was occurring when I alt tabbed. I use a logitech G5, but I think that's a red herring. I can confirm that the issue follows my arrangement, so i cannot scroll right if my secondary display is arranged to the right of my primary, cannot scroll up if I arrange my secondary to be above my primary. This issue still occurs even if my secondary monitor is powered off & not detected
