Yes but it is communicated from several sources/websites that the german patch is ready and can be downloaded. Perhaps Ironclad/Stardock is not supposed to update the non english versions but it is still their game and in the future there will hopefully more Ironclad games, which should be not only in English. For me personally the english version would have been no problem but i did not know that it will be a problem with the patches so i bought the german version. Nevertheless should Impuls

Disadvantage of Impulse in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hi All, i just downloaded the patch 1.12 for SoaSE via Impulse. But there was/is one problem with Impulse which is for me a disadvantage of Impulse. After i had installed Impulse i used the Update Tab to download the actual patch. Unfortunately i have the german version of SoaSE and the downloaded patch was the english version. After install of the patch i had in the Start menu only "String not found". I didn't go deeper into SoaSE i just left the game there. Fortunatel
