I'm such a dbag, that's all it took. I thought I had "show hidden folders" enabled cause I did think of that but I'm an idiot. Thank you.

I apologize but I need a bit of help with these mods. I'm new to this game and fairly computer savy, I couldn't do all the cool modding things everyone is doing, but I'm not too bad on my crappy old PC. Any way, the game keeps telling me that my mod file path should be C:\Documents and Settings\Puffonstuff\Local Settings\Application Data\ and on and on but there is no "Local Settings" folder in my user folder. I tried dumping the mod folder directly into the Sins folder thro
