Bluescreen on install. in Technical Sins Forums

My friend just got Sins today and when he installs the game it bluescreens. its happened 3 times so far. hes running wiht a pentium 4 3.2 ghz 2gb ram Win xp Radeon x300 128 mb chipset. im trying to help him but im not sure what he should do.
