Nope, no mods running at all. Just checked the fighters and bombers now. I found that there seemed to be nothing to see on the bombers, but the fighters had quite a noticable team color design, though you had to be looking at them sort of close to make it out well enough. Just went ingame real quick and took some screenshots of my own Kodiak colored yellow, and it looked just like yours, right down to the colored inside of the barrel. Just for reference here, I'm running the game at max settings with 4x AA and 1680x1050.
