The game never showed a Desync error, but we noticed about 3 hours into the game that things weren't right. An hour later and it was quite transparent. My friend was listed as there and connected, but we never once got a Desync error. Our fault, or Sins fault?

At PAX they were hinting at a full expansion pack, not a mini one. Well, Stardock was. The exact description was: "How many of you have had great ideas or improvements for Sins? *waits for people to raise hands*. Exactly. Now think about the great ideas the Development Team has had. Now, can you get all of those ideas and improvements in a MINI expansion? No. That's all I'm going to say about this subject."

^^ That. I have yet to see some really strong AI. I just played a game where 3 enemies gathered in a space junk. Max fleet for 2 Vasari and 1 Advent. I just dodged around it with 16 capitol ships and systematically destroyed their planets. They never moved the majority of their fleet, just one or two ships at a time.

Ok, so I have a 1680x1050 resolution on my normal moniter, and like to set my games to use that resolution. However, whenever I want to change SotSE to use that resolution (since it resets during most updates), I have to try different resolutions until it appears -- I have found that the resolution list that SotSE displays doesn't list all available resolutions, and sometimes the ones it lists aren't what it actually changes the resolution to (I choose 1680x1050 and it puts it at 800x600). I just bought+installed SoaSE: Entrenchment, but the maps I downloaded (namely chokepoint, found at https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=29&libid=70 ) cause the game to crash after about a minute. I was wondering if there was a quick fix for that? The other, preset maps work fine.
