Delta updates are there now, as of 5.0. Also I'm pretty sure the Sins patches are deltas, or at least approximations of that.

http://www.pasteall.org/29730 These are hardly proper conversions, but they are quick ones, to give you some idea of what you'll be able to do. I would assume the other titans are at least slightly out of date. I assume other people have done this then selves, but if you cba then, this an option. I assume some proper work through could clear it up, but iv got to sleep, so il leave it to someone else, or do it later.

I think its probably trying to do too much at once, and cant focus its self. Because it does all come together at once, but it takes a long time to reach that, and you end up with some really odd situations where you'll get one AI with 3 planets and 2 with 15. But thats just my hypotheses based on observation.

Its still hardly a short game, They just made it a bit less tedious on the long inevitable stretch to the end, which has been half the problem with sins for a long time. And regardless, disable th new victory conditions and you have (pretty much) the good old sins that everyone loves. Really when Ai get titans then its a very fair battle, but if you have one and they don't, then they're screwed. Maybe something akin to Nukes in Civ, one race building them unlock

I do think that tians are far too easy to get early in the game and the AI is very slow to build them, but they are well balanced generally, at least from the 'fun' point of view, they really should be much harder to get a hold off, as it is if you spam research you can get it very easily and quickly, which is their problem. (imo obviously) The faster games are very appreciated though.

Not much else to day, but i love the new pacing of the gem, it does give a feeling o the titans being overwhelmingly powerful - but only in ship to ship, they have a very powerful counter with the novaliths, both are unstoppable weapons, but they can be countered by each other, its just a more round about way of doing it. One thing that may be good though is rebels favouring volume, ie debuff the planet production, but buff the production of the loyalists. Their strategy really le

Im not really sure why you're having these issues, tried changing the download location in your steam preferences>Downloads + Cloud? Steams always saturated my home connection (only 18mb/s), and i know from others that they will also saturate a 100-500meg connection very easily, if you happen to have one.

You could create a starbase designed and coded like a planet but similaraly to fleet graveyards you could have them auto spawn there and you could give ships the ability to capture them. Though you wold have to find away around the one sb per gravity well or you will have problems. [e digicons]^_^[/e]

You could just give the ability to destroy more mines to the Flak and Siege Frigates but Leave it as a researchable ability, a research station or two beyond the mines ability. It could be called phased rounds and do as the name suggests, launch phased round or weapons. You could explain them being different from Vasari phase shifted missiles as they only have the ability to enter phase space, not exit it and caus
