Do you want to know why Titans keep their level? It's because when they were being designed and everyone said BIGGER IS BETTER they actually realised at one point that they couldn't fit any more weapons on to it but still had tons of space left over. So one clever chap said, "well this whole losing your level when a capital ship dies thing is really annoying so let's include these newfangled things I just invented called 'escape
Quoting LeoBrok3n, reply 32 As it stands now, I'm a bit surprised how fast the AI has a Titan. I'm also surprised why having different victory conditions are even remotely needed with a Titan added to the game play. Capitol Ship Victory= Build a titan and send it to the enemy's homeworld Diplomatic Victory= Build a titan and send it to the enemy's homeworld Occupation= Build a titan and send
The Devs have allways stated that rebellion would not have multicore support the only place that has been hinted at otherwise is Sins 2. Personally, I am hoping for a fullblown campaign in Sins2.
The second shot is a problem the first looks like your breaking the constraints of the game at which point anything that happens after that is your fault.
OPs really should put more thought into thier post otherwise they just end up clogging an allready busy forum.
Lol you know I saw another post by someone from the super weapon post talking about how someone was gonna bring this up after we started down that path with the SW. lols
I can understand the Dev's (supposed) desire to make the Titan accessible so everyone has a chance to use one. But I think that has more to do with Titan being a major selling point of Rebellion than consideration of the effect on gameplay.
Thats a pretty serious charge sir and I hope your wrong.
It will be a patch with stability fixes, performance improvements, gameplay bug fixes, and gameplay balancing. Exact change log won't be available until release. Also, while it is possible to turn off auto-updates in Steam, we highly discourage it as any feedback is 'tainted' by the version being out of date.
Lol damage managment for the post above? Good point though.
GRR guess I need to word things more clearly, ahem, why is it necessary to have four buttons? Just have one button with four tiers; I am talking about aesthetics here people not changing the functionality.
Man I hope so.
Quoting TerribleNate, reply 25I don't understand what is wrong with making it a single button but just givving it four tiers. the 4 research criteria requires user to spend not only research time on those 4 techs but cost as well. Gives the opponent more time to disable titan research
I am sorry John James but that was totally not the point of my question sir.
The disappearing ship bug should be gone.
I don't understand what is wrong with making it a single button but just givving it four tiers.
Wow that sounds like fun lol.
Why are you complaining about how they want to play a game that they payed for?
How about this, 1 Adjustible limit IE 2,3,5,unlimited (This will be a per system limit) 2 For Tec loyalist put novalith back into the missile tree as a branch just move it up the tree so it is quicker to get to. 3 Limit super weapons to firing in their home system but add a tech to allow them to fire cross system. (This tech should be for late game and in defference to its truly super status it should be at the end of the missile tree since it is a prepulsion technolig

Hail to the Unity! :-;
Some Dev input on this would be nice considering that this issue has been around since the start of sins and I have never seen it addressed.
Since it is true for alot of us that the voices in our heads get annoying after awhile especially when we are building alot of a certain type of ship. I propose that instead of getting a voice response everytime a ship is built that there be one voice anouncement for each quued ship type. So for example I que up twenty of one type of corvette and forty of another the last one built of the first que announces his fleets presense and so on down the line.
Yea I am fairly certain that this issue has nothing to do with mice but rather the fact that it is caused by running two or more monitors.
I have never been a big pvper in this game mostly because I have never been much of a pvper in rts in general (fps is anoother matter:-)) Ruse being the exception. However an established system like this would bring me in...
I am not sure what underlying code is available that can be used for that purpose but perhaps it could be made to only affect the phase lane that it is closest to, sorta like the limited range of the phase jump inhibiters. That aside Im sure the devs have allready decided what structures and units they are going to have in this expansion.
